Neighbourhood Watch

 

CHASE Residents Association is a fully fledged Neighbourhood Watch (NW) area. According to figures of the crime in Addiscombe ward, NW areas were 75% less likely to suffer crime than those not represented.

​

This means that all our members will automatically be represented in an active NW area and benefit from Neighbourhood Watch quarterly newsletters, reduced house contents insurance costs and reduced likelihood of burglary. Your CHASE Street Representative is also your Neighbourhood Watch representative - please let them know any problems you are aware of.
