Chase Residents Association is now a fully fledged Safer Neighbourhood Watch (NW) area.

This means that all our members will automatically be represented in an active NW area and benefit from reduced house contents insurance, reduced likelyhood of burglary and quarterly Neighbourhood Watch newsletters.

There is a Planning Application currently being considered for Charlton House, 173 Lower Addiscombe Road. It is for 13 flats:- 3 x 3 bedroom  8 x 2 bedroom & 2 x 1 bedroom. This is a significant increase in usage and will undoubtedly impact our area !

The Addiscombe Carnival returns this year. It will be held at Ashburton Park on Sunday 25th July 2010. Please visit here for more details.
